The challenge
Reservations can arrive while staff are serving customers, and availability must stay accurate across the website and phone channel. The business also needs a clear weekly schedule for employees and venue events.
The response
NorthPeak built a shared reservation engine for web and AI phone requests, with atomic booking operations designed to prevent double-booking. A protected admin workspace manages reservations, events, live calendars, employees and publishable weekly schedules.
