Website Design & Development

Websites that make it easy to choose you

We design and build websites that explain what you do in plain language, look right on every screen, and turn visits into calls, bookings and quote requests.

When a website gets in the way

Who it's for
Businesses that need a first website, or have one that's outdated, hard to use on a phone or not bringing in inquiries.
Visitors can't tell what you offer
If people have to dig for your services or prices, many leave before they ever contact you.
It's hard to use on a phone
Most people will find you on their phone. Small text, slow pages and awkward forms cost you inquiries.
Inquiries go nowhere
Messages land in an inbox nobody checks, or there's no easy way to book or ask for a quote.
It's hard to find on Google
Missing page titles, descriptions and structure make it harder for search engines to understand your site.

What a website project covers

Design
A layout and visual style built around your business and your customers, not a generic template.
Mobile usability
Every page is designed for phones as well as computers, with readable text and buttons that are easy to tap.
Content
We help you organize what to say on each page so visitors find answers quickly.
Forms and next steps
Contact and quote forms, click-to-call, and booking or CRM connections where your business needs them.
Search foundations
Page titles, descriptions, headings, a sitemap and fast-loading images so search engines can read your site.
Launch and care
We test the site, launch it, and can keep it updated and maintained afterwards.

How a project works

Four steps, with a clear idea of what you do and what we take care of.

  1. Talk it through

We start with a conversation about your business, your customers and what isn't working today.

    You
Share your goals, your current website or tools, and examples you like.
    NorthPeak
Ask practical questions and suggest where to start.
  2. Agree on the scope and plan

You get a written proposal that sets out what we'll build, what's included and the price.

    You
Review the proposal and confirm your priorities.
    NorthPeak
Define the scope, the deliverables and the plan.
  3. Design, build and review

We design and build in stages, and you review the work before anything goes live.

    You
Provide content, photos and access, and give feedback at each review.
    NorthPeak
Design, build and test on phones, tablets and computers.
  4. Launch and support

We launch, check that everything works, and can stay on to maintain and improve it.

    You
    Give the final approval.
    NorthPeak
Launch, check forms and connections, and support you afterwards if you choose ongoing care.

How pricing works

Every website is quoted individually. The main factors are the number of pages, features such as booking or CRM connections, who provides the content, and whether the site is in one language or two.

After a first conversation, you receive a written proposal with the scope and the price, so you know what you're getting before you decide.

Common questions

Can you redesign my current website?

Yes. We'll look at your current site with you and recommend whether to improve it or rebuild it on a better foundation.

Can the website take bookings or quote requests?

Yes. Chez Putters takes reservations through a live booking system, and Go Paint's quote requests go straight into a custom CRM.

Can my website be in English and French?

Yes. We work in both languages and can build each version so it reads naturally, not like a word-for-word translation.

Do I need my content ready before we start?

It helps, but it isn't required. We'll tell you what's needed—text, photos, logo—and when we need it.
