03Custom application

Weeping Willow — Landscapes & Snow

Custom application · Operations platform · Website

One business. One connected application.

For a landscaping and snow-removal company, NorthPeak built one application that connects the owner's workspace, the crew's tools, the customers' space and the seasonal operations behind them.

Explore the project

Real app screens with sample data. Not a live storm.

App preview
The owner's storm screen: 16 visits planned, 5 done, 10 remaining and 1 to handle, above a map of all routes (sample data, French interface)
The crew's storm route in the Weeping Willow app: a map of numbered stops, five done and one to go, with the next stop and Directions and Start buttons (sample data)
The owner's Today screen in French: an urgent work order button, then items to settle for equipment and routes (sample data)

Understand the operation. Manage the work.

The owner's Today screen lists what needs a decision, such as a vehicle out of service or a route running late, with urgent work orders one tap away.

What the app does

  1. 01Storm trackerEvery route, stop and problem for a storm on one map, with totals that add up.
  2. 02Routes for the crewThe next stop, directions, Start and Done, and problems reported in a tap.
  3. 03Shifts and work ordersClock-in, breaks, checklists and photos, sent to the owner for review.
  4. 04Customer spaceOnline sign-ups reviewed by the owner, and a portal where clients follow their requests.

How we work

From first call to everyday use

Local, bilingual, and involved from the first conversation to long after launch.

  1. 01

    Free consultation

We start with a conversation about your business, your customers and what isn't working today.

  2. 02

    Proposal

You get a written proposal that sets out what we'll build, what's included and the price.

  3. 03

    Build and launch

We create, test and review the work with you, then launch once you approve it.

  4. 04

    Ongoing support

Choose ongoing maintenance, improvements or marketing when you need them. The coverage and cost are agreed separately.

Setup and build costs are quoted for the agreed project. Maintenance, marketing and other recurring services are listed separately, including any third-party charges. There are no fixed public prices: your proposal confirms the scope and costs before you commit.

No hand-offs between vendors
The site your customers see and the tools your team uses are planned together.
Built around how you work
Go Paint's estimates and Chez Putters' reservations each follow the way that business runs.
Clear conversations
Plain language, honest recommendations and a review at every stage.
English and French
We work in both languages, and bilingual sites read naturally in each one.

Questions

Common questions

What affects the cost?

Mainly the number of pages and features, connections to booking or a CRM, who provides the content, and whether the site is in one language or two. After a first conversation, you receive a written proposal with the scope and the price.

What's included?

It depends on the project, and your proposal spells it out. A website project usually covers the design, mobile-friendly pages, a contact or quote form, search-engine foundations and launch. Extras like booking, a CRM, photography or ongoing care are listed separately.

Can you improve my existing website?

Yes. We'll review your current site with you and recommend whether to improve it or rebuild it.

Can you connect a website to booking or a CRM?

Yes, it's a big part of what we do. Chez Putters takes reservations through a live booking system, and Go Paint's quote requests go straight into a custom CRM.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes, if you want it. Updates, maintenance and improvements after launch are arranged separately, and what's covered is written into your agreement.

Can my website be bilingual?

Yes. We work in English and French and can build your site in both, with each version written to read naturally.

Which areas do you serve?

Businesses across Ottawa and Gatineau, including Aylmer and Hull, in English or French. We also take on projects outside the region.
